Following isolated rainfall and thunder clouds reported across parts of Qatar, meteorologists at the Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) have released the updated weather outlook for Friday and Saturday, pointing toward a gradual stabilization of atmospheric conditions across the peninsula.
For Friday, forecasters expect lingering early morning cloudiness and localized mist to disperse, giving way to hazy sunshine throughout the afternoon. Daytime temperatures are projected to reach maximum highs between 35°C and 36°C in Doha and central inland areas, with light to moderate easterly to southeasterly winds.
On Saturday, clear to mostly sunny skies will dominate nationwide as the rain system fully recedes. However, conditions will remain warm and humid, with maximum temperatures climbing slightly to around 37°C. Atmospheric humidity levels are anticipated to increase during the night and early morning hours, potentially resulting in light fog and reduced horizontal visibility along coastal and open desert routes. Marine authorities continue to advise caution for offshore operations due to localized choppy waters and fluctuating wave heights.
